Those nasty little mini-pimples could be from several things: Some waxes don't fare well with some skins (ingredient problem), some salons don't observe sanitation well enough, and sometimes opting not to prep the skin first can lead to breakouts.
They should disappear in a few days. The best thing to do is to use a sulfur and kaolin mask for 10 minutes, rinse off, then dot on the bumps and leave overnight. BHA cleanser helps, too. Peter Thomas Roth makes both, or you can buy SalAc cleanser in your drugstore and possibly find a mask containing these two ingredients (just make sure it's not a moisturizing mask). However, If you can find the PTR you will love it forever as a miracle worker for those "trying times."
